Kerala- God’s own paradise!
Expanded over 38,863 km2 large area
and surrounded by Arabia sea on the west, Kerala is the most beautiful state
that India can embellish. The state is full of vivacity, color, tradition,
culture and scenic beauty.I have seen many tourists who believe in
seeing every part of Kerala at once, rather than enjoying one part of it completely. Kerala is such a lavish land that you can't grab enough from it in 7-8 days. However, if you are there for a long time say 15-20 days, then it would be suitable to explore as much as possible. Otherwise you would be tired travelling and end up on vertigo issues. My research and
experience says that every part of the Kerala has its own charm and attraction.
Where Munnar is famous for its exotic tea plants, Allepey is famous for the
stay in house-boat and Cochin for its water port. Thus, I would suggest to the travelers
to see only particular part of Kerala per visit.
Talking about Munnar (where the above photo is taken), the
town has its unique environment that traps audience into its horizon. What you
must see there? Of course apart from the Tea museum that’s the most obvious visit and the
scenic beauty, you must go near to its mesmerizing culture and dance forms. The
Punarjani Traditional village theater, Munnar aims at showing the traditional
culture via their famous art form Kathakali and Kallaripayattu. The aura in the
theater is filled with so much of thrill and passion that you feel like seeing it over again and again. These artists bring you one step closer to the heart of
Kerala and ultimately falling you in love with it.
Another destination that you must not avoid in Munnar is the Top station Anamudai which is basically 1880 meter High Mountain that marks the border between Tamil Nadu and Kerala. It is 40km away from Munnar. No personal vehicle is allowed there; thus you'll have to heir a jeep to reach there. But once you reach there, it is another level satisfaction that you attain. The soothing breeze and clouds rushing through your face provides you a complete panoramic view of Heaven.

If you travel to Kerala, do not rush yourself to see every part of it because it does not have feet to go somewhere. It is there and will always be a beautiful part of India. Thus try to relax yourself with this exotic destination and do not avoid these two most skipped sites that i mentioned above. And then as they say “fall in love with the god’s
own paradise”.
